Bishop Elite Services moved me at the beginning of May, and I had a great experience. Dwayne was very understanding of my situation and financial constraints. He communicated clearly throughout the process and was always professional, courteous, and respectful. He and his crew did an excellent job moving my belongings in a reasonable amount of time. They took great care to ensure everything was properly wrapped, protected, and securely loaded onto the truck.

What a professional and efficient crew! Dwayne & CJ were prompt, polite, respectful of my belongings and floors, quick, and accommodating. They emptied out two shipping cubes in about an hour and a half. I really appreciate Dwayne's patience when setting up the job; I had to change unloading dates multiple times because of weather and the timing of my storage units. Hiring Bishop Elite to unload my shipping cubes at my final destination was a great wrap-up to my cross-country moving experience.

Packed up everything and drove a 26' rental truck from Nebraska to my new 5-bedroom house in Mansfield, IL. Bishop Elite Services showed up within a days notice and unloaded the whole truck quickly and carefully. They treated my stuff with real care and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. After everything was inside, they even stuck around and helped me line up my car dolly hitch with the empty truck so I could get it hooked up. That was above and beyond.
