There are mice in these storage units. Most of my boxes were destroyed with mice munching and droppings. The management could care less about my complaints. I strongly recommend that you are careful about using this storage stie.

Horrible experience at this place. They’ll give you a good rate to get you in and within 2 months issue a “new rate notice” after you get everything moved into your unit. It happened to myself and also 2 others so I know it’s the way they are scamming customers. Would not recommend

They raise the rent every year without notice. I found another storage 10 ft larger for $90 cheaper a month! That's a ridiculous difference. The people are nice there though. They just have to bow to their corporate gods

I very much appreciate the service, support of these team: Richard and Lisa. Thank you, guys! But unfortunately, we have to leave this place. Your new owners refused to renew our lease because... we smell of paint. Sure, that's their right. There's a fuel storage facility across the road where it's taken out in tankers, but apparently, we smell stronger 🤪 But we were lucky, we've started our business here and we found inexpensive space nearby and bought it to sell our stainless steel goods more and more.
Richard and the staff at Extra Space Storage have been extremely helpful and easy to work with during the time we have been at their facility. Any requests we’ve had have been taken care of quickly and with no issues, and we have a great space that we love! We plan to move up to a larger space on the property as soon as we can!
