I have been with blue barn over four years. I have been very satisfied with how well my things have been stored. The customer service is usually very friendly when situations arise. I appreciate the reminder emails, and the automatic payment system. My last phone call with Ryan was beneficial and helped me with other issue I was having. He was very understanding and lead me through a few clarifying answers to my questions. He also set up autopay. I am satisfied with their services.

The last time I rented a Storage Unit, everything was in-person. This online/A.I./texting way of setting up a rental unit is new to me.
