I rented 2 units when it was under the old management. I was told that once all my items were removed from both units that I would receive my 120 dollar security deposit back. Since I moved out of 1 unit my daughter and her friend kept their items in the other unit. She filled out a new contract with the old owners and they said that the 120 deposit would be returned after they moved their tems out. Since then the storage facility was sold and new owners took over.

Do NOT call to inquire about a rental here. You get connected to a third-party company. I could hardly understand the person that was trying to speak to me. There is no office for you to be able to go into, everything is done completely online. They want your phone number address and all of your information before they give you rates and availability. Once you give them your phone number they will continue to call you and text you over and over and over again.

Rude!!! Just called to see if they had anything available & before I could even ask ... The guys yells ... "Nothing! Nothing!" What? Never go to these people if they act like that! Wow!
Worst rental facility experience I’ve ever had. Misleading promises. Treacherous grounds conditions. Argumentative customer service. Forced me to move due to their mistake in not properly following regulations of the city for storage units on property. They setup a deal with another facility to take their displaced customers at an extended part time discount rate. The partner facility later backed out on the deal so I was in a time crunch after following the directions laid out in the notice to vacate.

Not a secure facility. I bought a unit here through auction and it had been broken into. They didn’t even ask what unit it was and tried to pawn it off on the auction site. With such little concern when theft and break ins occur, I would not feel safe putting my valuables here. I used to recommend this place to everyone for their shipping containers, no longer. Terrible I paid for a storage unit and I couldn’t get into it for 4 days I had to keep my U-Haul for those extra days went back and called multiple times and it’s still not fixed .

Very easy to get a unit. Unit is in excellent condition and easy access. I got an outdoor parking spot and next day found out I didn’t need and they were quick to resolve that with me. Highly recommend!
