My momma always said, if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. Well, I guess that doesn't apply in reviews, especially this one. Basic points to consider if you are wanting to use these guys: 1.) These guys are 2 to 3 times more expensive than other movers, so if you want a move that will cost you way more without any added benefits, like making your coffee every morning, then go with them. How do I know?

DO NOT TRUST THEM. THEY ARE THIEVES. The guy who was moving our stuff into our apartment stole my engagement ring and then had the audacity to lie to my husband when it’s obvious he took it. When we contacted the manager, David, he said he’d look into it and I honestly doubt he did anything but open the truck door and say “Nope not there.” I had to file a police report within 2 weeks of me moving to a new state and I never had to in my 23 years of living in California.

Employees where nice, however they lost a few items and damaged others. I told a couple employees said they would look never heard back. Other people in my building has similar issues and they didn't help them either. Never contacted me …

Slowest moving movers. Did not have the number of men promised. Didn’t have floor coverings like they would have had in their normal truck. 2 wheel cart had flat tire. They really wanted to stretch out the move to the WHOLE day for more $$$. Nice men, but we could’ve done it faster and cheaper on our own renting a truck!
We recently had Blue Line move the entire contents of our house from Waterloo to Cedar Falls. This is the second move we’ve done in the past year. The first movers (not Blue Line) wrapped all of our wooden chairs and tables, dressers, etc. …

This is an excellent company and team to work with! We moved from NY to IA and they drove out to NY to load us up, drove the truck back to IA, and unloaded it. The timing between loading and unloading was appropriate and we did not have to wait multiple days for our stuff. They were extremely professional and answered all of our many questions. We also had a last minute cancellation with shipping our car with another company.

Clint was wonderful to work with. He is passionate about customer service and is a great asset to Blue Line Moving. He was great at offering all their services and was an excellent excellent communicator. He had reached out to us after seeing our home was sold. I don’t know that I would have reached out to Blue Line if he had not contacted us. All of the employees were respectful and careful with our belongings. I also appreciated that they took measures to avoid damage to our home.
