I discovered my unit was broken into when my husband and I went to go check on our unit at the end of July. Called the police to report it cause I had a firearm stolen and other valuable things. We were informed by the officer that I was the 20th unit broken into. I called the office the next day and the gentleman that I spoke to made me feel like it was my fault that I had a firearm in my unit, well I was under the impression that it was a secure place to keep my stuff.
Hi Teresa, I apologize that you had a bad experience, however i can assure you that all video footage and any information regrading your break in was turned over to the police within 1 week of the break in.
Very rude. Left our storage area spotless after giving 3 day notice. 3 weeks later, still no deposit returned. Got run around every time I called. Not a good way to run a business
Went to my unit and discovered mice urine and droppings all over everything . Mice had also chewed through some of my belongings and found dead mice everywhere. It was disgusting annd the smell was even worse. Everything was ruined. What a waste of money and to lose my belongings on top of it. Clearly they have a rodent problem and they know this.
I'm sorry to hear about this unfortunately even with the prevention done, we can not guarantee mice will not get into standard units. We do offer tips for storing items in the paperwork which does include not storing items that will attract … More
Had my lock cut and someone stole a bunch of stuff out of my unit filed a police report I’d like my speaker back and my sons iPhone and my suitcase with all my clothes and my tools
I sofia i assure you we are looking into this and take these situations very seriously. Any information or footage we have will be turned over to the police.
Thiefs made their way through the units while I was renting one. Person that was talked to said they arent responsible for anything that gets stolen.
