Disappointing experience. Company sold me an item, provided incorrect pick up address, would not respond to requests for correct address, and refused to refund me or allow a second pick up attempt. This could have been a positive experience. It was not. Not recommended at all.
We did respond to your request. You purchased an item through the online auction and we had over 35 customers that were able to located the address. Your item was the only item not picked up.
Worst experience of my life. Was told of a couple of options being onsite sale at the cost of $2500+ or have them come and move the belongings to their warehouse for $1500 and sell there and online. That's all we were told. Obviously opted for the less expensive option. They broke things... threw a lot away... took and posted very very few photos. This was in May and I have yet to hear back with what was sold, plus does not provide an itemized list. Very unorganized.
It took us a number of months to sell items for you which we've kept in storage. We hung on to them because we were not getting a good response for the heavy brown furniture, which is what you had. The items that sold in auction are … More
