Sold us a load that they couldn't cover, did not want to tell us that the appointment would be missed. Driver showed up and customer told us that the appointment was missed. We asked when it needed to be there they said 8:00am, we had to schedule a new appointment. Warren stated they would request layovers. Driver had to wait for 4 days. Warren stated customer denied layover, but this was Warrens fault.

After Warren Transport reached out to me asking about opportunities I went through the process to get them set up as a carrier but ended up being very disappointed with their service. Over the last couple of months pre-booked 8 truckloads with them giving several days notice before pickup and on 3 of them they handed the load back to me day of pickup with no truck available.

5/21/26 At about 1:30 am on i44 heading towards Missouri, you had a driver traveling at 60mph which is fine speed limit is 75mph max and 60 mph minimum. However after I passed them, about 10 minutes later they proceeded to pass me, which was fine until they braked from 69 all the way to 50, while there was another truck passing both of us. Putting me, in a deadly situation! Absolutely insane that a driver would road rage with a giant weapon of a vehicle! You're supposed to be professional drivers!

Unsafe unprofessional driver, your driver cut right out in front of me today last minute, I was on the highway and they were leaving a private drive he just decided to pull onto the highway within few feet of my car OUT OF NO WHERE NO WARNING NO NOTHING they could of caused a serious accident.

In 12 years of experience I have never worked with a worse company. They do not compensate for any of their mistakes & Earl was VERY unpleasant to work with. If I could submit this with 0 stars, I definitely would. Avoid working with these guys as much as you can.

Warren Transport lease trucks are junk the truck spends most of its time in the shop getting fixed they charge you for little piddly stuff and then the stuff that you don't want fixed and don't need to be fixed so you don't get a settlement …
