Unprofessional. Rushing like it was a game show. Packed strangely and inefficiently. Broke multiple things including my computer monitor for work. Each time they dinged a wall or messed something up, one of them imply that it was my fault? Get the $15 coverage, it's worth it because some shit is going to break, and you can't be compensated without it.
Use another company! I'd probably only give one star but Miguel was actually very helpful and was doing the work of two people. My appt was at 330 for 2 movers and 2hrs of help. They didn't show up til 5. And didn't start working til 515. …

I don't have a whole lot to say other than I responded to a post for a job moving on 6/21/2025. As I was getting there at 3pm like agreed I was called and told "THE PEOPLE CANCELED THE JOB" I could fully see this was a lie because the move was happening right in front of my eyes. Anyways. Very poor experience and I do not recommend responded to help wanted by this compony and if he is a liar as such in this occasion. Be very cautious to higher for a move.
DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. They refuse to take ownership for a broken chair. If they weren’t in a rush, they would’ve been more careful. How do you break a wood chair?! You get what you pay for. They claim they dont bring packing tape on location - but I had tape at my house because I was still sealing up boxes.
If I could put 1 star I would. Horrific experience For the first 3 hrs they sat in car smoking cigarettes not doing anything meanwhile 1 worker worked. I complained, supposedly he was sending more workers no one …

I found boom LLC on the U-Haul website. I contacted Brandon directly and worked with him on my move situation. He sent Carlos and Henry. They were on time, courteous and respectful. They made our move so much easier. Very hard workers. They …
These guys showed up ready to work. We got everything moved that needed to be. One of the movers, I can tell he has been doing this for some time and he had extra blankets for us to use. We rented 2 dollies to be used and 2 of the movers hand straps to help carry thing. This was our 9th time moving and Carlos Sr. knows what he is doing. We highly recommend Ruben, Stevis, Carlos and Carlos Sr. These are the dream team. I loved that they were in Ventura County.
I had a fantastic with BOOM. Their communication was fantastic, showed up on time, worked diligently the whole time. They were professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend them!
We had the pleasure of working with BOOM LLC for my daughter’s move from Fullerton. Great value and great workers. We would definitely recommend 1000times. Thank you again.
