This place lacked security & had stuff stolen from there. THERE ARE NO REAL SECURITY cameras that face the storage place...those things you see are not security cameras & most do not work. The cops even said that the place had been broken into before & had items stolen. They will tell you that they have cameras but the cameras don't even face the storage place & there is not even any in the inside. I will tell you that they also tried to say that your the liar or try to make it look like you misplaced them. BEWARE!
While it's nice and clean and safe, so is every other storage facility in the Thousand Oaks area. The difference is that Hollywood raises your rent at about 4 times the rate of inflation, banking on you being too busy to move out. And I'm still trying to get them to return the money they took for the month after I moved out even after they agreed to return my money. It's beyond bad customer relations.
Hi Steve. We’re glad you were pleased with our storage facility and we appreciate your business. Our rent increases are typically less than industry standard, and we offer the Lowest Price - Guaranteed to ensure that our new guests receive … More
I had nothing bad to say tell I heard what they were doing for their customers during covid. What there offering is hardly any help for their loyal customers. During hard times some step up and help but as far as Hollywood storage its business as usual.
The policies they have are not very good for the consumer. If you ask them for help they can do it but choose not to, very discouraging to trust a company that is like this. I closed up my account and went elsewhere.
Very friendly, but told me I was getting a 5 x 7 unit, and when I measured it at 4 x 7, 20% smaller, they refused to adjust the price. Also, the price goes up every year.
Terrible establishment didn't pay for 4 months was told my unit has been taken over then next week they charge my account 700

I had a great experience with Hollywood Storage. The process was quick and easy, and the gentleman helping us showed us the unit before we signed the agreement. I immediately thought of them because a family member had used this facility for years. As an educator, I only needed temporary storage for the summer between school years, and the price was very reasonable.
Hollywood Storage has been great. One of the best storage facilities and company I’ve come to like and then love. The facility is always clean and well kept, storage was great for its price. Staff is always ready to help with any needs, always happy to help new and existing customers. Thank you for always treating me like family and for protecting/storing all my gear. I will be back!!
I have been very pleased with my interaction with Hollywood Storage. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been very professional, and very caring. It is easy to get questions answered They are just helpful and it is nice dealing with them on the phone and in person.
I never thought renting a storage unit could be fun until I tried Hollywood Storage! I'd heard grest things but didn't expect such amazing service. They turned a really tough day into a warm welcoming experience and took all the pressure off. Beautiful place!
