EDIT...the response to my review made by the "owner" is as fake as it gets!! Not only did they not consider lowering the cost to a "fair" price, they are now threatening to send the belongings to auction if we don't pay more money today, even though they have a $450 deposit, and DELETE this review!! They said that I can't give a review until the items are delivered??? Give me a "fair" price, closer to the price we were given that made us decide to even go with this company, and then I will delete my review.

Additional Update 4/29/2024: I am in a mediation with Pleasant Relocation and the BBB. There are better companies to use. All these 5 star reviews as a possible client, I would look to see if they are verified purchasers! Even now the owners are stubborn and are using the contract of no refunds after 7 days with an additional paragraph discussing 3 day cancellation. I cancelled within 5 days and 7 hours based on the 3 day cancellation policy and they are arguing no you have to cancel in 7 days.

Edit from the owner response: I completely understand the confusion, we booked your services through my partners name A. Roberson. We decided to not use your services and you never returned the 450 we sent via cashapp This is a scam. I gave them a $450 security deposit that they said was refundable if I don’t use the service. That was a lie. They said that they would refund me in May. It’s now July and they have blocked all communication with me and essentially stole from me.

The company couldn’t meet its commitment and encountered several delays. The company didn’t communicate, had to constantly call them. Signed a contract with them, yet someone else did the work even though they said they were not a broker. …

I signed a contract with this company to move us and I called the next day to cancel and I also emailed. Tyler was great when we made the reservation, he responded quickly and kept up with communication. In the contract it says, “ Deposit is not refundable if your scheduled move is cancelled within 7 days of your first available pick up date.” I have been contacting them and no one answers. I called and texted and nothing. I re-emailed them with a follow up of the cancellation and nothing.

Do not recommend. I went over the items I had and Michael quoted me 2226, we signed a contest for that. When the movers arrived they tried to charge me 1700 extra because the driver “eyeballed it” and thought it was more cubic feet than originally quoted after going line by line with the items. I had a tight turnaround and this company ruining my moving plans. DO NOT USE. Extremely unprofessional on all fronts.

I was supposed to use this company to relocate from the west coast to the east coast. They were accommodating at first with scheduling for a pick up. I had already sent a deposit solidifying my reservation, but when I chose not to use their service all communication stopped. They no longer answered my phone calls, text messages or emails. I read their fine print and it said nothing about keeping a deposit if the customer chooses not to use their service.

⚠️ WARNING — PLEASE READ BEFORE HIRING THIS MOVING COMPANY ⚠️ I had an extremely disappointing experience. My original estimate started at around $1,200, but by the end of the move, the cost had increased to nearly $6,000. The communication, transparency, and overall service were not what I expected. On top of that, the movers who arrived appeared unprofessional, and I noticed a strong smell of marijuana during the move, which made me question the level of care and professionalism being provided.
