Moving van driver drove over our lawn to make it easier to load my neighbors' belongings. Didn't appear to destroy our in-ground sprinkler system, but left a decent size hole in our lawn, enough to trip on . We contacted Laurie several times; NO RESPONSE. We just wanted them to fix what they messed up. Based on no response from them, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.
We did not move Carol. We moved her next door neighbor. We parked exactly where our customer asked us to.
BEWARE ! Very unprofessional staff- grumpy older lady who answers the phone and tattles to the owner if she doesn’t like you. To make a long story short, the original moving company we hired canceled on us the day of the move. Myself and my husband called around to other companies to see if they had any last minute cancellations.
Customer called us earlier in the month to get rates. They obviously hired a different company that cancelled them day of move. Called today, Friday to book for a job the next day, Saturday as their movers cancelled them. They were quoted the Saturday rate and did not like the difference.
Our experience with Bos Moving was horrible. They ruined furniture, dropped and broke items and crushed boxes. They refused to remove the platforms that washer and dryer were attached to. They disappeared on the drive from one house to …
We had an incredibly frustrating experience with Bos. We were quoted for an 8 hour move. When booking, I told the woman that we had a good amount of stuff and that we thought they should send 4 guys - they did not - they sent 3. Our move took 12.5 hours. The guys were supposed to pack everything the day before but only packed for 3.5 hours before they were called off my job (leaving half of our stuff unpacked) to move a jute box. So one of the three movers spent hours packing our apartment on moving day.
The men performing the move were nice and did a good job but the company needs help. Double the men and twice the length of time cause the final bill to be 3 times the amount estimated. Mark the owner came out and reviewed the move to location stating he would look into it. He has been ducking my calls since only calling back late once leaving a message stating he will call back but never did. Nothing but a run around for a giant bill and not taking care of broken items. Beware. Go somewhere else.
THE WORST! I hired their packers, and many items were broken! They put a stand mixer in a box on top of crystal. A member of the crew kept asking me if he could "have" my belongings, like a Bose Wave radio. Unbelievable! The owner is not an honest guy, either. Very bad experience.

I needed help moving items from one storage unit to the next. I called Bos due to time constraints. I went thru the entire contents of the storage unit with the representative on the phone. It was for a hotel, so tile and wall vinyl were on …
We were very apologetic that we were unable to handle the move. Ceramic tiles stacked and unboxed, toilets unboxed, all in a storage unit. We did not feel we could safely move these items. Not what we were told on the initial call for service.
Not impressed. They refused to wear masks in my home during a pandemic and despite my request. Rather than politely decline to wear a mask, one of the movers was argumentative, rude, hostile, and mumbling things about us under his breath. …
May we ask when you moved before we address your complaint? We are not finding you anywhere on our schedule.

I was fortunate enough to find Bo’s moving service. I want to point out that Elisha is amazing! Very responsive, friendly, thorough and professional. The movers Don & Jason were very thoughtful and strategic in getting my furniture and workout equipment downstairs. They also took a U-shaped desk apart! These guys are awesome! Our experience was amazing! These movers are incredibly kind people and willing to do anything to help out, they helped us disassemble lots of furniture and didn’t bat an eye even when it was extremely heavy. They helped us pack PODS floor to ceiling and made the most of what we had. They also helped us carry absolutely everything including chairs, totes, trash bags, and more. Overall, incredibly helpful, great people I recommend to everyone I know 10000%!

We moved from one home to another and the week of moving, another well known moving company doubled our quote. We called Bos Moving and they had a much better price for moving with such short notice. Their customer service was very easy to work with as well as the movers the day of. The movers were careful with all belongings and very professional. We hope to never move again but I would recommend Bos to anyone anticipating a move.
