They didn't return calls on a timely manner, nor did they return text. They canceled the last minute and then blamed me schedule them. I've used them for years and very disappointed that the second generation owners are so terrible and don't care about customer service

I’ve used this team a few times to move my baby grand. They’ve always been prompt, polite, affordable and efficient. My latest move was the most challenging as my piano was being moved to the basement. The stairway was tight, but everyone made it down safely! Thanks again, would highly recommend!
This company is awesome !!!!! They moved my grand piano from my living room to a room upstairs with a tight turn on the landing of my stairway. They did a great job getting it upstairs with no problems. They were extremely careful!!! They know what they are doing !!! And they beat the price by far of 2 other companies from which I obtained estimates!!!! They were also very friendly and courteous!!! I would recommend this company in a heartbeat!!! So glad I found them !!!!!!!

I recently had a large upright piano moved from one city to another. The new location had a long stairwell with a turn up to the 2nd floor. I was afraid to watch them move my beautiful piano, but of course I had to. It was quite an effort, …
