Really unhappy with the service I got from these people. It's been over 2 months since they moved me about 600 miles. I given up ever finding the cannisters, recipe books and other miscellaneous kitchen items. Obviously there is a box missing. The quote was nearly $3000 higher than the competitor but the salesman, Dan, made the company sound so profesional I thought it was worth it to have a trouble free move. I was wrong. One of the trucks had a broken panel on the back door and allowed some boxes to get wet.
Have used prior on deliveries from Cannery Sumner and excellent service. Recently used for move in and move out. Credenza glass door broken and noticed after mover left. Called to register complaint and no response. Over charged actual amount of hours of service.
Back on 11/28/25_ (black Friday)__ we decided to go look for furniture from stores in Boney lake WA area. After much looking and a few store we decided that A" boxdrop" had the better price for what we were looking for. We made a deal wirh the store we ASKED_ You got a deal if you can throw in " free shipping" we went over to the sales desk where once we were into finalizing the deal! !
Boush was recommended to me because they were affordable and careful with your things. As it turns out that wasn't the case. To move my home locally it was $13.5k only after haggling on the price. Admittedly I had a large home, but this came in significantly higher compared to other bids I received. I went with Boush because they promised to take care of my things and make it really easy. It turned out to be not worth the price as the quality of the packing was inconsistent.
TERRIBLE experience with this company. I'm a 77 yr old single who packed up most of my 2 story condo by myself. All Boush had to do was move my things 11 miles and place them in the rooms noted on each box. Instead they literally DUMPED most of it in the garage, 5 or 6 boxes high with the heavy ones on top. Several things got broke and when I called they refused to give me any compensation and won't return my calls. I would NEVER recommend this shoddy company.
Absolutely rude and disrespectful. Hung up on me when I was calling for pricing. When I called back he said he thought I was a telemarketer. Then had an attitude when I asked about available dates. Terrible customer service. I work for a design firm and use movers across the nation. Not once have I been disrespected like this.

My experience with Boush Moving was 10/10. They helped deliver a couch purchased from the old cannery and haul away an old one. Connecting with them and setting up a time was smooth and simple. They were able to deliver it earlier and their delivery drivers were fast and professional, when a piece was missing from the delivery they handled everything and followed up within 24 hours with a solution. I would recommend them to anyone in the area and will definitely be using them for any future needs!
