Tim: Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. While staying with us we inspected your unit for rodents, and didn't find any evidence there or in the surrounding units, but we did find seeds in your unit which are not allowed.
First unit storage I rented out, when I met them in person everything went smoothly, something was set up wrong with my account. I called them about it they told me they will call me back the following week when the main manager will be in. Never received a phone call from them. I called them back myself, when I spoke to someone they told me I set it up wrong (online) even tho the account was set up in person with one of the employees at the front desk. They wouldn’t fix the problem for me. Won’t be returning!

Over priced and complete thieves. They kept our payment for the month when we closed our account at the beginning of the month. They refused to prorate our payment for the days we used. So they basically get a free $100 for an empty storage unit. They should be ashamed of themselves. Complete scammers, do not use these guys.

I need a long-term storage facility and I had originally stored my tools at Public Storage, located 1/2 mile from Summit View. It was a non-heated 10'x12' with and an exterior hinged-door entrance. Within six months, Public Storage raised my rent by 53%!!!!! I immediately moved to Summit View where I'm in a heated unit that's the same size. So far, I love Summit View! The staff are the best!! The manager (I think her name is Katy), Jason, Jaime and Kerri have all been very friendly and accommodating.
It's so nice of you to name our entire staff at Summit View Storage, we're proud of our teams and their dedication to customer service. I'm sure your tools will be much happier here. We look forward to serving you for many years. Thank you for the 5 star review.
Very knowledgeable and willing to work out flexible date for arrival . All parts of the move in were easy and fit to my scheduling needs. This is a third rental from this property for me.. which shows a quality company has repeat customers keep up the good work.

Customer service top tier 100% recommend everyone to come and rent a storage here. Well secured and very confident from touch entrances and exit . Both people in the office were great and made sure I was set and happy with my choice of where my storage was located.
