I cannot imagine a more unprofessional driver or a worse delivery experience. First, it took weeks longer to schedule the delivery than advertised. Then the delivery could only be scheduled for New Year's Eve, so I canceled other plans to …
Lisa we appreciate the feedback and agree that our communication and service was below our standards. Unfortunately your address is in a very rural area that is difficult to access in the winter due to snow. With closures at the mountain passes we have very slim windows for service in this area.
We chose this company to move all our stuff across country and our car and thought we were in good hands. They estimated us an amount which we thought covered everything including the car and turns out we need to pay $2000 more than what was estimated. On top of that one of our tvs broke in transit to our new home and submitted a claim which then got rejected as they blamed us for the damage.
Zero star, 2nd time here. Takes them 2 hours to even get the paperwork ready. 4 hours just to get loaded. Horrible service!! They need to change things for the better!! I thought first time was a fling but actions speaks for itself.

James, from CMS, helped us coordinate a move of my Snap On toolbox from my former work location to a new destination at very short notice. He helped us navigate how to hire a moving company for a single item that was heavy and needed shipping protection. Kevin, the moving driver and Nick arrived on time, carefully packed up my toolbox, and loaded it in the truck for a secure ride of 52 miles. CMS provided a tracking app so that we could watch the delivery route. The move was timely and safe.

It took 2 days to pack the house, but the workers made sure that we could sleep at our home (not requiring us to stay at the hotel). House delivery was done in one day. Toni Reed (coordinator) followed up with our service every step of the way.
