Very disappointing experience from start to finish. I waited almost three months for my furniture to be delivered, which is completely unacceptable. We were given different dates multiple times, and no one contacted us with clear updates. We always had to call and ask ourselves. The lack of communication was extremely frustrating. On top of that, the salesperson’s attitude was very unprofessional. He was polite before we paid, but after the purchase, his behavior completely changed.

Do not believe most reviews they jam their QR code in your face as soon as you finish the purchase before even receiving the product. I purchased a king suite furniture set and a sofa totaling over $4000. Was told that it would be delivered within "10-14 business days". When I called to check on the 14th business what the status was they simply said "oh that has been delayed until the 15th of December and would be delivered shortly after" which is 23 business days after the purchase, all of this without even…
Went to this store based off an ad on Facebook marketplace showing the price at $49 for a dining room table set with chairs. It was getting toward closing time and my partner and I were drove about a half hour to get there. We find the table and get a representative to help us out. Come to find out the $49 is the lowest down payment for the set which in reality was $600. They purposely put up a misleading advertisement and put the actual price deep in the description on the ad.
They missed a piece of my furniture when it was delivered, told me that they’d be back in a hour, and have yet to show up. I’ve been trying to call them for 20 minutes and the phone goes straight to voicemail. This is ridiculous that I have to chase them down for something I purchased! The manager, the girl who took my payment, and my sales guy were great but this delivery situation irritated me. I have no plans on purchasing anything else once I get my ottoman.
You are the worst professionals that have ever existed. We bought two items and had to wait for weeks, then they gave us the wrong dates and we had to call several times to confirm receipt. There is absolutely no communication with the customer. I was informed that the store closed at 6 PM, I drove for 50 minutes and arrived at 4:30 PM, but the store was closed, even though I had said I would return to pick up the other item. There was no call or message. The customer is the one who pays for this.
It took over two month for me to receive my Furniture! Every time I would call, there was an excuse and or a reason why it wasn’t here yet. I purchased my order March 4 of 2025. I was supposed to receive it between March 6th-8th. I did not receive it until May 10, 2025. No one was remorseful or sympathetic for my situation. They acted like they could give two cars less. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Solely based on the staffing and the way that they run their business.
No idea how this place has 5 star reviews. They lie about the credit application, benefits, and process. There’s no such thing as a “soft” credit pull. Any credit run is a hard hit. Period.
Hi, Synchrony in fact does do a soft pull to qualify you. If you aren’t approved there is no hard inquiry for you on your credit report. Once you accept what they have offered, if anything, then it becomes a hard inquiry.
The worst delivery team They get lost and Ly saying they were at my location and no one was home when I was , took them 3 days to deliver after being told 1 day 2 days top

We needed a couch and this outlet had many options. Ray was extremely friendly and straightforward, in a sense that he knew the type of couch that would be perfect for my apartment. We got it wrapped and loaded it up on our truck immediately. Great store with great options!
I h ad a wonderful experience shopping for furniture, and I have to give a special thank you to Katie for making it so easy and enjoyable. From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive to our needs. Katie took the time to answer all of our questions, gave us great pricing options, and never once made us feel pressured to buy anything. That alone made a huge difference. She genuinely cared about helping us find what worked best for us.
I purchased a mattress set from Patrick He made the purchase very pleasant! Patrick’s shared his knowledge of the various brands . Was easy to talk to. He listened to my needs and was not pushy. I will definitely ask for Patrick for any additional purchases . Patrick is the type of salesman you want to work with you
