Never reach back to me and probably not even insured. Here’s my previous review: I'm extremely disappointed with the moving service I received from your team. They arrived late, were disorganized, and unfortunately, my belongings were damaged during the process. I also encountered a complete lack of communication after the move; despite reaching out multiple times, I never heard back. This experience has left me doubting whether your company even has insurance.

Movers did not show up nor did they call or answer my calls and text. Thankfully, Hire a Helper found another mover (Philly's Finest) to come out and empty our POD last minute. After traveling for 11 days this was very disappointing. As a business owner no follow up and show up is very unprofessional. Philly's Finest Movers came to the rescue and did a great job.

Employees are very respectful. Do not agree to an hourly rate without company providing a maximum total hours. I moved my 90 year old parents from an Independent Facility (A) to an Assisted Living Facility (B) due to my mother fell and broke her shoulder and hip. When mother finished rehab and moved from Assisted Living Facility (B) back to Independent Facility (A), Klean Moves with Mover Bradenton provided a quote that was comparable to the original movers that moved my parents from Facility (A) to facility (B).

Response to owner: The response below is lies. I was moved at the cost that was quoted to me BEFORE any services were rendered which was about a week in advance. In "moves" along the way of my move were NEVER communicated to me. Again, the owner never communicated anything to me the day of the move. I am also still waiting on my tv leg stand that was BROKEN and promised to be ordered and delivered to me.The only money I received was again for the tv stand that he also offered to order.

Reading the great reviews for this company on their web site it is hard to keep my food down. They do more damage than a recking crew. Regie Sr. came out to our home to give us a quote which was very reasonable. A few days later Regie Jr. came out to look at all the items to be moved. They both understood what they needed to pack and load. Both said it would take two trucks. We needed to be out of Florida and in Georgia at our new location in a timely manner.

I would never hire this company again, First they threw out a very expensive queen size comforter without talking to me about it. Every Piece of furniture were damage, ever dresses were a total mess, it looked like the dresses clothes were put upside down. I have moved more than three times, this has never happened to me "EVER" """ My Friend Tip the workers good money, $100.00 each !! but they were not worth it.

So the movers themselves were great. The very poor experience at the end was the owner that wasnt there. The movers told him it was a 3.5 hour move and he charged me for 4 hours. the guys told me he said it was for travel time. All other advertisers say 95.00 per hour plus mileage and fuel. His ad said 125 an hour NO HIDDEN FEES! keep in mind it isnt the xtra 50.00 it is the principle. It shows me he is after the quick buck not creating relationships for referrals. Its unfortunate because the movers were great!

Reggie Reg the owner is unprofessional and does not need your business. Save yourself the headache and choose another moving company and help Reggie go out of business. Beware of businesses that require a deposit. Do not fall for the positive reviews, more than likely family or friends put them on the internet. You're welcome.
