The rating breakdown
Google shows 18 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. None of them are one or two star.

Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Excellent work tuning my out of tune piano! It had been 20 years since last tuning. He returned my call quickly and scheduled me within the week. He texted a reminder the day before his visit and arrived on time for the tuning. He worked diligently for hours until my piano was tuned once more! He explained his plan and followed it. Price was very reasonable for such expertise. I highly recommend him to all.
Thank you so much Mrs Greenberg. It was my pleasure.
Excellent service! It’s challenging to find a piano tuner in the Shreveport area, and we were very pleased that Jonathan services our area. Communication was quick and we set everything up easily by texting his number. He did an excellent job tuning our piano, and it was a very enjoyable experience overall! Highly recommend.
Thank you so much! I look forward to serving you again. 🎹 …
Jonathon has been tuning my piano for about the last 3 years. He is friendly and professional. My piano sounds great! Prices are quite reasonable especially considering the amount of time required for this type of service. Highly recommend!
Thanks, Robin!
Mr. Brasell did an amazing job on my piano. I got a brand new Yamaha a few years ago and have had issues with keys not producing a sound when hit. It had been worked on several times before by other technicians with no luck. Mr. Brasell was extremely thorough and took the time to make sure the issues were corrected. My piano has played beautifully ever since. Highly recommend him!
So happy to hear that it’s still behaving itself! Thank you for the kind words 🙏🏻 …
