It would’ve been better if we would have just moved ourselves. The two people they sent to move my daughter‘s belongings, lost a few boxes and broke a mirror. They also cursed the entire time and tossed around racially charged language at each other. At one point one of the movers got injured, but refused to come off the job. It cost us time that they refused to deduct from the overall work. What should have taken four hours took 9 1/2 hours.

We did two moves with Bronco Moving and the movers did meaningful damage to our personal property and home, mostly, but not exclusively, on the second move. Only a portion of the damage is pictured here. We are saddened by management’s treatment of us, especially after buying pizza, drinks and tipping all of their movers. We paid for additional liability coverage, and the managing partner informed us that they would only provide a $240 settlement for damaging approximately 10 items worth thousands of dollars.

Do NOT, Do NOT use this moving company. They messed up on so many things...scratched wood floors, broken marble dining table, broken glass in print frames. Movers were kind but INEFFICIENT. They had NO COMMON SENSE with the order they moved things so they had to move things multiple times which took double/triple time and money as they charge per hour. The furniture was placed haphazardly. I had to ask them to center and adjust most of the furniture pieces correctly.

Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Bronco Moving. Several items and walls were damaged in our home. The movers admitted to improper use of a moving strap that caused drywall damage to our wall. They claim to hire experienced, clean cut movers, but the mover who used the moving equipment improperly admitted this was his first day with Bronco Moving.

OVER $10,000 IN DAMAGES AND REFUSAL TO COMPENSATE! We hired Bronco Moving to move our fridge to another part of our home so that we could redo our hardwood floors. The first move was uneventful. However, during the second move the team they sent was not capable of safely moving our item. One team member was clearly much less strong and less experienced than the other. Rather than tell us they needed more people they tried to move it and our fridge smashed to the ground. It was a total loss.
The workers are extremely rude and inconsiderate. They pull up to our apartment complex around 11 pm last night and started unloading their entire truck into the dumpster area. They were extremely loud and inconsiderate to people that may be sleeping for work in the morning. When confronted they did not care and just said they had work to do and were almost done. The next time I move I know what company I won’t be using. You can unload a truck without causing a scene late at night.

Block roadways and do not care to move to let people into their garages. Very unprofessional compared to the moving companies I have worked with when I have moved and the others that I have seen move people in and out of apartments specifically here.

The crew worked extremely hard & fast, what took another company 7 hours to load took Bronco Moving 2 hours to unload. The crew handled items with care, went out of their way to make sure everything was placed correctly, and were extremely polite and professional. Highly recommend!
