Avoid this company like the plague!! Fraudulent charges and completely dishonest billing practices. The company told me my total would be $670, then 5 days later charged my card an additional $200 with zero notice or confirmation. When I questioned it, the owner said their rates are “flexible” and can change at any time — something they never disclose upfront. My move was scheduled for 9:00 AM on Saturday, and the movers didn’t arrive until 4:50 PM. Completely unacceptable.
I hired your neighbors moving just to pack my house , I wanted to hire and support a local company, probably the worst mistake ever. I put a one star because Tyler one of the packers was great , Jonathon and Shaun Have poor communication skills and people skills Shaun I believe doesn’t know how to work a computer. Cause I asked him twice for two different invoices and still never got it As far as the packing. Jonathon said it should take like a hour.

If you are looking to have a Piano moved. DO NOT HIRE this company. I inquired via phone to see if that was something they did. I was told yes and assured they had movers with baby grand piano moving experience. After arriving late the movers were talking amongst themselves stating they've never moved a baby grand piano(which is what I hired them).... Clearly they hadn't because they showed up and instantly wrapped the piano in blankets and saran wrap before removing the legs & pedals.

Johnathan the coordinator at the office was very professional and effective. The 2 movers then came right on time, bright and early, and moved things quickly but carefully and were very respectful and helpful. Would use their services again. Also much cheaper prices than others with only a 1-hr minimum plus commute time.
