I rented a storage about 5 years ago, everything was fine until last year, when they changed the employees. The new manager is so rude, they don't care about the costumer service at all. From the first day I prepaid my rent yearly but she asked me for extra money couple of times. I don't stay there anymore.

I was there moving a customer out. They had only been there for 1 month. All of their belongings were infested with mice. The poor lady had to throw out a lot of her child's baby keepsakes. We saw maybe 20 different mice in the unit in the 2 hours we were there.

GREAT SERVICE!! I reserved a locker online and I was contacted immediately to see if I had any questions. No choice overload. They answered the phone right away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ! Very friendly, and professional. The facility is clean and the lockers are a great price. Im very pleased to have found Budget Storage.

Andrea at Budget is great! She knows what’s important when one requires storage and is an excellent guide! The pricing at Budget is also very reasonable. And Paul was very helpful when I first arrived to store. Hopefully my stay there will be short and I can move everything into my new home. In the meantime I feel my furnishings are safe at Budget.

The staff who helped me were very friendly, everything was explained very well, and the prices were very good compared to other storage facilities. The space was very clean, well-lit, and secure. I was very satisfied compared to my previous storage unit, and I will recommend it to my friends. ☺️
