The movers dropped my $3,500 marble table and cracked it down the middle. He told me he would take care of it and have it fixed...then sent me a check for $180. When I tried to reach him he would not respond.Total con man and so rude and unprofessional.Even his movers said ,”good luck” when I asked if he would take care of it. Would never recommend this company!!!!
Any positive review IS A LIE! My experience with this company will never dissipate! R..u..n if you want your furniture intact. R..u..n if you want all your furniture and non- Stolen. R..u..n if want your food. R..u..n if you're expecting professional movers for the price being charge. R..u..n if you believe this fantasy website is legit. Remember this is the internet..
So my boyfriend and I booked with this company and scheduled the move for Friday 5/14/21. I was very excited and ready to get things done. While scheduling, Steve asked us to text him our date, time and size to confirm booking and made it seem as if that was all we needed to do. We scheduled for 4:30 pm. Fast forward to Friday, about an hour before the scheduled moving date, I called Steve to give him my personal cell number to contact as my boyfriend was at work.
CON ARTIST, CON ARTIST, CON ARTIST!!! I REPEAT, CON ARTIST!! His real name is NOT Steve, his real name is Patrick!! This guy is a predator, and liar and he will try to rip you out of your money. The day before the move he changed the move time TWICE, and STILL arrive an hour late. During the move he stopped to get food WITHOUT notifying me nor my fiancé, and lied about on the phone saying that one of the workers was supposed to tell me but never did.
We completed the move and when we presented the bill to Ross for $425. He said he wasn't going to pay because our men took lunch and he had been waiting for 1 hour for his property. He offered me $200 and said to be happy with that, that was all he was going to pay.
Horrible customer service. I scheduled a move on 3/29 for 5/1. Called back 4/20 to change the date, which I was told I could do if I sent a text with updated information. Not one time was a confirmation text sent to me. So I called again on 4/27 to confirm. Still had an agreement but told to send a text. Then on 4/28 I called more than 5 times, once I got answer, I was told they did not have availability on 4/29, so I reminded him that I already was told I would be rescheduled, again I was told to leave a text…
Booking jobs all over the states and can’t make it to customers I contacted us to pick up his job from Las Vegas which he couldn’t make it promises the customer all kind of things and then lied to her and told her his truck got stock called me and asked me to pick up the job for him and promised me all kind of jobs in the future after I picked up the job and put it storage he said he can’t even make the delivery and he don’t want to deal with job so now everything is on me he (STEVE) ignore my calls and when I…
Without adding a star I couldn't even have a option to post this review. Disappointed is a word nothing to what these guys did to us, they are a joke to the moving industry, they are slowest , unexprienced , didn't finish what they started and started asking full money through half way of the job, and started bullying. If you want to feel safe inside your own house never call them. Stay miles away from them.
I called Steve to confirm the next day move at 10am, he cancelled, stated he "lost a driver" and recommended 2Men in a Truck or Craigslist. 🥺😞😭 …

This team was fantastic. It started with Steve who kept in contact with me by Text which was extremely helpful with my busy schedule. Easy to work with and offered me a no-nonsense quote.. others were and this is extra and this might go up in price... all which led me to believe that I could not truly trust the price... he gave a "flat rate" the guys that showed up were really great they took care of everything and worked hard to make things go smoothly. Hard working and friendly truly what more could you want.

Good work done by the team . The Driver Ray lead my delivery and deliver the goods as on time.
These guys were excellent movers! I moved out of my third floor apartment in a building with no elevators and they had my entire unit cleared in just over an hour. They wrapped or padded all my furniture, and as far as I can tell none of it was damaged (besides a small ding or two on my bed frame — it happens, moving is tough and my apartment is quite small!) They even helped move some miscellaneous unboxed items I had planned on taking myself. I absolutely plan on hiring them again for my next move. Thank you Pat!
