My advice. GO ELSEWHERE! I have never dealt with anyone so unprofessional as the manager at this self storage unit. He OFTEN, and I mean OFTEN closes the business in the middle of operating hours and never returns to assist those needing to pay their storage fees at the location. This weekend during normal business hours (8a.m.-3p.m.) we rented a U haul Saturday, November 19, 2016 arriving @12:30 p.m.
I'm sorry but I am forced to rewrite my once glowing review. I once thought this was the best facility in town. Not any more! The new manager has brought this place down. From the first day he has neglected to dump the biggest trash bin on the site, instead opting to throw a tarp over it and posting a "No Dumping" sign on it. He's been a year, at least!! Leaving it a rat-infested and maggot-born playground.
I have rent two storages from this place and now they have a new managers. I recently found out that the new managers has picked my lock off of one of my storage units. I confronted them on it and they denied taking lock off. I left to run …
The storage was nasty & not well maintained. I put a holding deposit down but decided to have a storage place closer to where I was moving to. They didn’t want to refund me my money when I never used the storage and they kept brushing me …
I use to like this storage until the lady manager let's a felon stay their in her little apartment. I use to trust, but now I'm having thoughts of moving my stuff out.

I found this place online searching for a place for my daughter to store her things while she went to college nearby. When I walked in I was greeted by the staff immediately. Rich Harrison was so helpful and friendly and got me all of the useful information that I would need to make my decision. This place is clean, secure and friendly. I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!

This is THE place to rent in Turlock. Rich and Kim are the nicest most logical and understanding management I've ever rented a storage unit from. The facility is kept very clean, a hard task as it does get a bit windy at times down the rows. It is very centrally located in Turlock and close to hwy99. As most facilities the pricing does fluctuate but Rich has always found me the best price. The online website is easy to navigate and pay your bill. I can't recommend this place enough!
