Don’t take your camper here if you want it to stay safe…several trailers got broken into and apparently they don’t have cameras in certain areas….I get it you sign a document saying they are not responsible if things are stolen….but I trusted my camper there and unfortunately now have to suffer the consequences. The break in happened Monday around 5am and I wasn’t even notified until Tuesday evening!!
We value our customers we feel vandalized as much as you do. Understand we do not invite the break in or theft we have 24 hour security surveillance and adequate security fencing. We appreciate your business very much and want to thank you.
THEY HAVE RATS!! Stay away from here! I paid them $800 for 6 months and my brand new $1500 table set was literally eaten up by RATS. Its worthless now and oh Mary was so friendly and helpful until the RATS were brought up, then her clueless acting performance was amazing. Also my mattresess have mildew from whatever leaking or abundance of moisture they have. I still have yet to see what else has been damaged. Go to Yelp and see the person who had $8,000 in damage. They know of the problem and do not care at all.
This location is infested with rats/mice. I stored my belongings here two years. I removed everything last week as I am moving into a house. When I opened the door it smelt like rodent urine. There was droppings all over my belongings. I had to throw away furniture,bedding,clothing. Storing my belongings here has cost me a lot of money. This was brought up to management their solution was that they waved the 60 dollar cleaning fee.

Unethical business practices. Tells customer one thing then charges customer arbitrary fees. I even asked if you can confirm that we were told this then will you wave the fee..she said no they will just tell there rep to not do it again but …
Very disappointed the owner use her rules as she please on her own convenience, , My rent was paid in full with a contract on my name as well, and still have not acces to my personal belongings, contradicted herself on many ways, locking …
Per our contract we follow self storage laws and rules per delinquency. If a customer is not delinquent there is no lock out on unit. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your business.

Just moved to the area and used Central Valley Self Storage—honestly such a smooth experience. The staff was super friendly and made everything easy, which I definitely needed during a move 😅 Prices are fair (didn’t feel like I was getting ripped off), and the place feels really safe and well taken care of. Big peace of mind when you’re storing your stuff. Would definitely recommend if you need storage and want something reliable without the stress 👍

Wonderful facility, management and very clean/well kept property. I was a paying customer for a little over 2 years, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. For anyone complaining about rodents or bugs, we had zero issues. I took it upon myself to keep electric rodent traps and that took care of any potential pests. The property has regular services as well as traps (very visible as well) all throughout. You can drive through the facility at any time, the concrete is spotless, no trash and no weeds.

I have been here 7 years. I have an RV stored here and a storage unit. This is the only place I trust in Turlock and have never had a bad experience. All of the security cameras, cleanliness of the property, and quick maintenance work are what makes this place great and I recommend to anyone looking for any kind of storage.
