Prices keep going up. Recently had an aluminum wheel chock stolen. Absolutely no help regarding security. Basically was told too bad. Nothing could be done. So security is worthless. I've been a customer for many years but not treated as such.
I have been a customer for multiple years when one day I received a letter saying they required I carry storage insurance and if I did not show proof of insurance I had to purchase theirs. Seems unethical to me at best. I don't want insurance and because I didn't take the time to show proof of coverage I am now being charged $10 a month for their insurance. I will be looking for another storage company.

Amazing storage facility. Their service is great so we're never left confused on anything and they're very understanding. We get notifications for when our payment is due so we're never late. The property is incredibly well maintained and clean. The manager, Elizabeth, is wonderful and easy to talk to; she almost feels like family already. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs extra storage.

This storage facility has been really good to me for the past six years.Romy and Elizabeth that run this facility have always been friendly and helpful. The storage facility is always clean and the for security over 6 years, I haven't had any problems. What a great fine for myself.

Very clean and safe. Well maintained site...and I couldn't ask for nicer and more helpful staff. They are always glad to help with anything you need. Elizabeth and Romy really do go overboard to accommodate your storage needs, making sure you are satisfied and that your belongings are safe. The electric fence system offers added peace of mind. Hours are reasonable, and facility is well maintained.
