Absolutely do not rent outside vehicle, RV, or travel trailer storage from the Turlock Pink Dr. location. We just recently purchased a travel trailer and decided to store it here. We were told that the outside storage was fairly new to this location and there were plenty of available spaces . After one month of being there we got a phone call saying all the outside vehicles, RV’s and travel trailers had been broken into and we needed to come there right away.

I need storage immediately. Office sign says open. Door was locked. Lady was on phone. She opened the door after a while. She told us to come some other time. Very rude & bad customer service. Don’t rent storage at this place.
Usha, we have reviewed our camera footage and were not able to find any customers waiting at the door. We have also talked with our staff and they do not have any recollection of this happening. We think you might have us mistaken for another storage property or business.
DO NOT STORE YOUR RV HERE!!!! We had a problem, we asked that the manager call us, she would t return a call. We then called corporate left a VERY detailed message what the issues were and were assured we would get a call back. We never received a call back. Today December 19,2020 at 11:23 am we received a call from Courtney that our RV had been broken into. We went down there immediately to find that our rear window had been broken and the entry door had been punctured and pried open.

Continually raising rents. Like every other month. Saying they can’t stop it and that it’s out of their hands. Savanna did nothing to help the situation they literally just raised me from 295$ to 320$ and now they are increasing to 350$. They are also increasing without fixing key things like the messed up exiting keypad. We are small business trying to survive and here they go raising prices so often.

My grandma who is over 90 years old has received not one but two rental increase notices and she hasn't been here for a whole year. Also a red flag that I noticed are all the alleged five star reviews by people who have made less than half a dozen reviews. Looks like they are buying fake reviews in my opinion. Will be working to move my grandma's stuff out ASAP due to the unjustified rent increases.

Rates are expensive here but location is nice homeless jump the fence. My catalytic converter was stolen. The workers there try to use scar tactics to get you to move

Sad to go after 5 years of tremendous service, security, and pricing. Definitely recommend this place for anyone looking for storage in the area. I was there for 5 years and had my rent increased only twice. Other places do it once a year.
