The rating breakdown
Google shows 15 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 8 of those are one or two star.
Google’s published star breakdown
| Rating | Distribution | Count | Share |
|---|---|---|---|
| 5 star | 6 | 40.0% | |
| 4 star | 1 | 6.7% | |
| 3 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 2 star | 0 | 0% | |
| 1 star | 8 | 53.3% |
Counts as published by Google in its star breakdown, not the reviews we have read. Google also publishes a review count, which does not always match this total. Each row is rounded on its own, so the shares need not add to exactly 100%.

In their own words
Very unprofessional. Doesn't remember a prearranged agreement, hasn't mailed me a copy of the rental contract since they took over the business upon many requests. Doesn't return calls or texts to MY phone number that I have given upon many occasions but has no problem calling and being RUDE to my aging parents who are going through health issues and don't need to be b××××ed out when it is my unit and not theirs.
Terrible customer service. Landlord is not pleasant to deal with. Charges hidden fees when you get your deposit back and is just all around snake-ish. Some of the most expensive units in Dubuque while the lanes are not paved NOR PLOWED IN THE WINTER. STAY AWAY.
What Google’s own summary highlights
Google surfaces topics it finds across a business’s reviews. They skew positive across every mover we hold, so treat them as a summary of what this company is praised for rather than a balanced picture.
