Edit in response to the owner: The damage was not identified “the following day” in a way that implies it occurred outside the move. I was still actively unpacking and removing protective wrapping and stacked items well into the evening after the movers left. Several pieces of furniture were not fully accessible or visible for inspection until that process was complete. The desk damage was acknowledged, but is not accurate to imply that the dresser concern was unrelated or outside the window of service.

This moving company is terrible. They hire rude, unprofessional staff members and treat people extremely poorly. I definitely don't recommend using them. Timur is especially unprofessional. I would not recommed them. They damaged my items.

If I could go back in time and hire literally anyone else, I would. Moving is already one of life's more humbling experiences. You're tired, stressed, surrounded by boxes, and trusting strangers with everything you own. Unfortunately, this "company" somehow managed to make the process significantly worse. One of the first things that struck me was the lack of basic paperwork. No clear documentation outlining terms, liability, or insurance coverage. Just vibes and an invoice, apparently.

Terrible Experience — Would Not Recommend I had an extremely disappointing experience with this furniture company and would not recommend them. I paid for movers which included my king-size bed frame to be assembled. The movers had to disassemble the bed before bringing it upstairs. They then spent well over an hour putting it back together. Unfortunately, one side of the bed later detached from frame during completely normal use.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience so others can be aware and make an informed decision. I hired Bulldog Moving Los Angeles for a move, and many of my items were damaged during the process. Since then, I’ve spent months trying to resolve the issue and seeking compensation only to be lied to and given the run around. The owner, Harold, first responded to my claim by saying that their insurance will only pay on claims made during the move.

WARNING ⚠️ They’re absolutely horrible. They didn’t pay attention to the things that I had labeled. They broke things and put things wherever they wanted them. They made my move more difficult than it had to be. I wish that I had of gone with someone else. And they pretend that they don’t know they were hired by you when you leave an honest review that doesn’t glorify their horrendous performance. You’ve been warned! I would never ever trust them ever again!
