The worst move ever Mike and his crew is lazy unprofessional and had a bad oder first thing in the morning the move was a nightmare most of my household goods were damaged. Please reconsider any move by this company

UPDATE - And just like that we go from three stars to two. I am now doing the coordinating and phone calls now instead of my "move coordinator" who still can't figure out how to initiate an email but only respond with updates AFTER I initiate them. And after everything, my belongings will be delivered to me four days AFTER my delivery window - glad to see they are a company of their word!

Burgess did great work. Over 400 items packed and nothing they packed broke except one small thing. Team was very careful and diligent. Also extremely efficient moving it all out in less than one day, packing it carefully in the truck, and taking inventory of it all. Price was very fair and when our weight was less than estimated the refund was prompt. I would absolutely use them again or recommend them to anyone, especially for an interstate move.

We had the wonderfully good fortune to use Burgess Moving and Storage to move my mother-in-law from Corona, CA to Utah. We could not have chosen a better moving company! We moved as 70 year couple , to a 55 plus community in Beaumont. We were provided with 5 strong and respectful men. The total hours took less than 8 hours for the total move. The movers were most pleasant and it was a process to move out of our home of 40 years. But we would never recommend trying to move without a professional moving company. Burgess movers were extremely worth the investment and all the movers worked very well together.
