These people call the police with every little thing that doesn't concern them. I was parked far away, being sure that I was not parking the driveway. I'm a truck driver and only wanted something to eat at the grocery store across the street when I discovered that the Cache 21 mini storage called the police. The police stated that there was nothing wrong with where I parked so Cache 21 called my company too and made a complaint threatening to call the police!

Cheap but make up excuses to keep your damage deposit. Nothing left in unit and all cleaned out but apparently not sweeping includes damage *edit reply* please do. It's under Ryan W. I was moving the stuff out with him. Nothing was left, he went to get deposit back and refused because it was a complete mess. How when there was nothing left in storage and now out his deposit. I purchase packing supplies and thought I could return the items using the item buy back program that U-Haul raves about but at this Dealer I was not told until after I purchased the items when I tried to return some items for the buy back program I was told I was out of luck they do not accept any returns as it was u-hauls corporate policy, I called the corporate U-Haul in Abbotsford and was told its up to the dealer and not corporate to what their policy is.
I can’t comment on their storage side of the business, but I rented a uhaul from them and this place sucks. They need to work on their customer service, learn how to speak appropriately to customers, and more importantly fix your truck.

Hi Tessa, sorry for the negative experience. Definitely some wires got crossed there and you were the one affected. we are working to make sure that more of our staff will be trained in Uhaul, we are new at this and in the future we hope to avoid such mistakes.

I highly recommend this storage facility. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The rates are affordable and the grounds and locker very clean. We had to switch from a small locker to a larger one and the transition was quick and easy. 👍🏻👍🏻 …

Excellent experience with Kristy and the team today. Kristy worked hard to make a difficult situation for me entirely seamless - from the showing of the units available, to reviewing the contract, and helping us reserve a moving truck for the day in question - and everything was smooth, professional, and very helpful. My experience from start to finish with Cache 21 was great. They were super helpful when I first started with my small unit. They had the best pricing for the square footage. The unit was clean, well lit and easy to access. When I was no longer in need of the space, it as super simple to cancel my unit with no pressure, no fuss etc. I highly recommend them.
