I don't recommend this storage facility at all. The late fees they tack on if you are late are absolutely ridiculous, in my opinion. $15 if you are a couple of days late which jumps to an additional $50 if you are five days late (see attached photos). $65 total for five days late? Egregious, if you ask me. Businesses cannot charge whatever they want for late fees or interest.

Pricey and rude. Would certainly use a different storage. Had to punch in my code every single time I would take a load into the storage unit which I do like that security feature but when you're already punched in you shouldn't have to continue punching in when you're already in the storage property
ALL UNITS ARE NOT ADVERTISED SIZE While the storage units are advertised as 5'x5', they are undersized in each dimension by 4-6", and therefore won't fit a mattress. When I booked a 5'x5' unit, then realized that my bed wouldn't fit, they wouldn't honour the advertised unit size or price. Employees admitted that all the units were the same size and were all undersized. They said because I'd viewed the unit and agreed to it, that the contract held.

Stay far away from this place. They illegally charge your credit card days early, blatantly ignoring the contract you sign. Rent gets raised without notice, no emails, no calls, nothing. They change access and policies whenever they feel like it and never bother to inform customers. This business is shady, unethical, and clearly counting on customers not paying attention to their statements. Absolute scam-level behavior. Avoid at all costs.

I was charged for a dolly I never touched. I returned the truck with noticeably more fuel then when I received it. I allowed the final invoice to be emailed. An additional $7 charge for a dolly. I do not need to waste my time with a phone call over $7 on a $130 bill. Beware of being up charged.

Our daughter needed to rent a U-Haul for her first move. This location refused to accept a $1000 cash deposit for a 24 HR rental despite her not having a credit card due to her lack of being 19. We were referred by this location to other U-Hauls in town that did.

Not everyone has or wants a credit card. I've had a storage unit for years elsewhere with no credit card. Debits from my acct. I find this quite discriminatory. Thought we would move it closer to our neighborhood. I'm a homeowner but …
