Called because is vacant in the office .. setup to be seen and never called me back so don't even know why I bothered leaving email and phone number
So as usual, the website and phone system is not working. Always happens at the end of the month when rent is due. Can pay only on the website- so there’s that. Been with them 4 years, since they shut down the office, service has been horrible. Just want to get my stuff out of there. Don’t use this place unless you enjoy giving your hard earned $$$ to be treated poorly. It's terrible that I can only communicate with you through a Google review.
We apologize for the inconvenience you have encountered. We thank you for bringing to our attention the issue with the website. But the phones appear to be working and the call center is available 24/7 to assist you. [phone removed].
Called three times and each time my name and number was taken and I was told somebody would get back to me... have never heard from anybody, and the operator at the main number just told me she can't do anything to help but pass a message to the site management. No thanks, I will find a higher rated solution for my needs!
Hi George, We are so sorry to hear this. We receive notice of every call that comes in that leaves a message with the call center and we did not receive a message that we had a call from you. We did have trouble the last few days due to internet issues if you did leave a message.
Since they have switched Ownership the service has been the worst I ever received. Please do not use this place for storage. If you do you will never have anyone to call you back. You will only speak to the call center and leave messages. I am switching storage ASAP! I was with them for over 7 years.
Terrible customer service. Don't waste your time here there are other storage facilities in the area. I called to reserve a unit and after providing all my details the operator told me they would need an associate to process the payment. I …

My experience using the services the storage provide is very satisfactory. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and secure areas. Reasonable price and space to storage. Highly recommended.
I have rented a storage unit at this Facility for over 10 years. It is a larger unit easily accessible and temperature controlled. You can visit seven days a week to add or remove items. A dolly can be used to bring in/remove larger items. There is an outer protective fence that has a gate controlled entrance/exit next to the business office (the manager is present from early morning to late afternoon, ~06:30 to17:30) to answer any questions or problems if they arise. There is a Code Box just outside the gate.
I rented here for several years & never had any issues of any kind. I rented climate-controlled units (inside access) & non-climate-controlled units (outside access). Anytime I needed access it was super easy. And I never felt unsafe going in & out, as I occasionally came & went after dark. All units I rented were squeaky clean.
Canyon Ridge Storage Solutions is a very safe, clean and convenient place to store your personal belongings. Joe the facility manager is very knowledgeable and friendly. I’m very pleased of the service and accessibility of the storage facility.
