The rating breakdown
Google shows 15 ratings for this business. Below twenty, a percentage swings too far on a single review to mean anything, so we don’t publish one. 2 of those are one or two star.

Daniel took off the finish & scratched our $115,000 Steinway piano all over the top. We tried for 3 months to get him to fix it or make it right. He is a horrible communicator! He refused to use his insurance but now we wonder if he even has insurance to use. We had to use our own insurance to get our Steinway repaired. Couldn't be more disappointed or upset especially since we stored it with him & used him in the past. He refuses to pay our deductible or increased premiums. BEWARE OF CAPITAL PIANO MOVERS!
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Fantastic service! Friendly, fast, and amazingly careful to ensure your piano is taken care of.
Thank you. Glad you were satisfied with our service.
Short-notice request for a piano move. Highly responsive front office. Daniel and team showed up on time and moved baby grand piano across town effortlessly.
Glad you were happy with the service. Tammie
I live in San Francisco. I had an impossible situation, a piano that would not fit through the door; Andrew and Jorden spent a great deal of time figuring out just how to get it out; they were cautious, thoughtful, experienced, patient, and determined. They finally figured out how to dismantle a desk, in order to accomplish their goal and they succeeded with no nicks, no hitting of walls, no scraping of paint and no complaining. All of which put them into the commuter traffic from S.F. to Sacramento.
Thank you very much
I can't say enough good things about the guys who delivered our piano. They arrived on time, and were very patient with my request to dust off the piece prior to bringing it inside. I was impressed by their professionalism and care even before I was given a huge show of appreciation for my role as an RN. Their humble respect for my profession during this pandemic was overwhelming -- totally made my year. Thank you so very much!
Thank you very much.
