Michelle is awesome & customer service I give her 5, however I am very disappointed that due to my unique situation life-threatening marriage that I had to leave while caregiving for my 90 year old Alzheimers mom, on top of that fraud in my account I had to pay $1,000 + to get my stuff out even though I have been current every month and I was very disappointed with corporate and whoever owns that franchise specifically that location.

Oh my gosh! Michelle is awesome, amazing and one of the most positive people I have ever met. My son and I purchased our first storage unit from her facility. She explained exactly how it worked and made us feel very welcome. The temperature that day was much hotter than we expected and she saved us with bottles of cold water. The facility is immaculate and I highly recommend her!
