We hired Cardinal movers for an in-home move while we were having our floors redone. The owner Paul was extremely rude and unprofessional. The movers were having difficulty removing our office door. When my husband offered a suggestion which would avoid damage to our custom moldings, Paul abruptly interrupted him and in a condescending voice stated "Why don't you do it yourself?". He went on a rant about being in the moving business for 15 years and having experience.
Overpriced. Wanted to charge $950 to move a studio apartment. Claiming they need 4 men to move a bed and a few boxes. Many others are quoting at $450-550 to do the job.
Sorry Our minimum for three men and a 15 foot box truck for 4 hours with travel time to and from job, gas, tape, shrink wrap and any thing else needed is what was quoted.

I recently used Cardinal Moving for my move, and couldn’t be happier with the service! From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and incredibly courteous. Scheduling the move was simple, and Paul, the owner, was responsive, helpful and available throughout the entire process - even onsite the entire day of the move.
I recently moved from the house that I have been living in for the last 40 years to my new residence. This is the second time that I have worked with Paul Silgee and Cardinal Moving Services NJ. Paul's way of handling the entire move, his attention to detail and his accommodation of every request, large or small, was absolutely spectacular. He had everything under control and I would recommend him to anyone without reservation.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! PAUL AND HIS CREW WERE NICE, FRIENDLY, AND VERY PROFESSIONAL, WRAPPING EVERYTHING PERFECTLY AND HANDLING MY FRAGILE BOXES WITH CARE. I HAD A DIFFICULT MOVE- HOUSE WAS 3 HOURS AWAY, CLOSING DATES WERE CHANGED TWICE, FURNITURE IN NEW HOUSE HAD TO BE MOVED AROUND A LOT, GYM EQUIPTMENT HAD TO BE TAKEN APART AND PUT BACK TOGETHER, ALL THE WHILE PAUL WORKED WITH ME TO MAKE IT HAPPEN. WOULDN'T USE ANY OTHER MOVING COMPANY! THERY'RE THE BEST BY FAR!
This company helped me out if a real jam. Tje original mover's I had hired were horrible. They moved me the same day I was scheduled and worked during the storm. They were professional, friendly and would use them again in a heartbeat. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company. They are simply "the best". Thank you Cardinal Mover's..
