We had an extremely disappointing and stressful experience with United States Best Price Moving for an out-of-state move from New Jersey to Texas in July 2025. From the start, communication was poor and misleading. We were promised that they would take great care of our parents move. On the day of the move, with no warning and while my parents were already on their way to the airport, we were informed that the final cost would be nearly triple the original quote.

Moving with this company was one of the most mentally exhausting experiences I've ever had. Literally two minutes after the movers arrived at my house, they demanded an additional $200 because of the stairs, even though the stairs were disclosed during the estimate. After I refused to pay and went back and forth with them, they eventually dropped the demand and started loading the truck. Unfortunately, that wasn't the end of it.
the worst experience i have ever had with any moving company they came 3 hours late then at when we get to new place they insist to get pay first in cash when I refuse they said will not take stuff out the truck so had no choice but to pay they also left a lot stuff in old place they refuse to come back and moved so I had to hire another company cost $1000 they refuse to give me any money back this really true story I am contacting the business better business bureau
Beware!!! was hired to move a safe very expensive safe that is. Company showed up with a regular hand jack and two individuals. Well of course safe was dropped and damaged now they are giving us the run around about insurance. SMH it’s been a week no insurance information and the number that was given just goes to voicemail. Cheaper prices not always better service. Don’t use these guys.
They hide charges in their quote and then nearly double the price. They claimed they were different from other moving companies, but unfortunately my experience has been the same. My shipment has just left for an out-of-state move, so I’ll see whether there are any additional charges at delivery and update this review accordingly.

Scam company. Up-charged my elderly grandmother with bait & switch tactics. The owner Muhammad is a complete bait & switch scammer, do not listen to a word this company tells you. Quoted us $2.5K picked us up and tried to charge us $8K. …
We cannot verify this individual was ever a customer of our company. The claims made in this review appear inconsistent with our records, and we were also asked for payment in exchange for removing this review.
Experience was...fine. I was quoted $3100 but ended up paying $4600, so the quote was off by $1500 even though I feel I accurately represented my items including an exact number of boxes. …
