They moved me two weeks ago. Showed up late. Said their truck broke down and ended up sending an extra guy which cost me more than original estimate. The next day when Directv came I found they out they broke one my tvs. I immediately called Steve and received no response. Called him again and he finally called me on Saturday. Said he would call me after he spoke with his crew Monday. That was over a week ago and still have not heard from him. I would definitely would recommend him.
Used them twice. First time was good however they left their hand Truck at our house and we called several times and they never came to pick it up. The 2nd move was 1.5 years later and after the guys left our new home I noticed I was missing 2 ladders. I called Steve twice and still no return call. My Girlfriend also called as she set them up and No return call. Noticed my Freezer was badly damaged also. Crew never brought this up as it was obvious they did the damage.
Do not use these movers! We scheduled careful movers to help us load a POD several weeks in advance, then confirmed the move one week prior. However, the morning of the move Steven did not show up and did not respond to my phone calls until later in the afternoon. Luckily we were able to schedule other movers (Fresh Start Movers, whom we highly recommend) to do the job. Again, do NOT use Careful movers!
Horrible experience. Took a hour lunch break and 4 cigarette breaks & charged me for it. Damaged my son's crib & we had to buy all new hardware for it to be stable again. One of the workers was vaping the whole time & one was texting. No sense of uregency took their time so they could charge me more. Now trying to call to get some resolution & no return phone call.
Saw their truck drive by and took down their number as I am preparing for a move and called them to ask if I could stop by and purchase moving boxes. They said moving boxes are reserved for their "customers." Ummm... If I'm trying to purchase moving boxes from you, why in the world am I not considered your customer?

Wyatt's team, Cody, Troy, and Raymond, were professional, efficient, and easy to work with. One small issue was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. I hope I never move again, but if I do, I'd use Careful Moving again.
We hired Roy and Raymond for help on our moving day. They were so professional, calm, and quick. They were extremely gentle with our furniture and very thoughtful about minding the care of our new home. They were a fantastic team that we were thrilled to work with, and they made our move so smooth and stress free! Thanks again for the extra hands and heads for a little bit of puzzle solving around tight corners.
They are the best in Sonoma County, working in the senior world industry we have many unused and gently used durable medical pieces to donate. They will even pick up! I send families there weekly to pick up new and gently used equipment for their loved ones, that would cost hundreds of dollars out of pocket. FREE to Sonoma county residents and families. They are run by volunteer groups of people with a big heart to give back to the community! Thanks all!
Cody & Roy of Careful Movers came over to move a garage full of furniture & boxes. They worked non-stop for 4 hours & took great care to ensure each item was properly padded wrapped & ready for transport. It wasn’t about counting tape, wrapping supplies or boxes. Instead they focused on our family heirlooms. I stayed in the garage to observe and answer questions the entire time. They put other “professional mover” to shame. I highly recommend them.
