The old white man is so rude and nasty. The owner just cancelled your reservation without letting you know but they can call and rush you to come get your trailer. I already paid my money.
This location started out good, the manager there told me that i could make my payments on the 5th because i got paid on the 3rd. My pay period changed and was unable to pay on the 5th. I asked could i pay to get to the 15th and then i would pay two months so i would be on my proper pay schedule. Not only did he refuse but they padlocked my unit the next day.
I had a reservation for a particular size truck and the manager let it go the day before I was to pick it up and it was not there so I had to find another truck but could only get a way smaller than the one I reserved. Because of the …
We sincerely Apologize for any inconvenience the Uhaul incident may have caused. Unfortunately, we are only a Uhaul dealer which means their traffic control manages the reservations, moves trucks around and decides who gets what.

We just closed out our storage unit of almost 10 years. We had moved away and hadn't had a chance to get back until recently to open it up again, and clean it out. I was astounded at how clean it was! Aside from the normal dust over time, everything was the way we left it. There were zero signs of any mice or bugs (aside from the few typical spiders you'd normally see). Mr. Jim, the manager on site, (who was here when we started renting our unit), keeps the whole facility so neat and tidy.
I have utilized Carolina Mini Storage for about 3 years. The facility is always clean and well maintained. My items have been safe and secure. The site manager, Jim is keeps an eye on things and has always been responsive when I had a need for service. The location is great and convenient to everything. A+!
Jim was great to work with and very professional. The business office was nice, clean, neat and welcoming. I rented a U-Haul truck for local day use which was also in great shape and ready on time as was scheduled. Jim made sure I had …
