If I could give negative stars I would. This mover damaged my furniture in my move and then avoided me in trying to come to a resolution. In the middle of resolving our case through moving help.com the movers removed their contact information and refused to respond to me. The movers placed fragile items under heavy boxes and used my box spring to secure the entire 15’ load. They shouldn’t be trusted with your belongings, or even an empty box.

Superior Moving made my move smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The crew arrived on time, handled all of my belongings with great care, and worked efficiently the entire day. They were professional, friendly, and communicated …
This move was straight forward, but tight due to logistics with an un-crating company set to arrive at our destination, but with a fairly large time window. Due to the efficient manner of Superior when loading their truck, it all worked out. We moved a full storage bin from Greenville to Washington, with some fairly large and pretty delicate antique pieces. Patrick and his team, Matt and Eli were extremely capable and very careful with the antique pieces they were moving.
I moved from an upstairs apartment to downstairs in the same area. They sent 3 young men who were on time, professional, and careful with ensuring my furniture was moved without incident. I needed the washer and dryer disconnected/reconnected, and by bed disassembled/reassembled and didn’t have any tools the guys went and got tools to ensure they could complete the move. I would absolutely use this company again in future! Update: Cameron and Ashton were amazing!
This was my third time using Superior Moving, and they continue to impress me! The crew was incredibly respectful, polite, and professional throughout the entire process. They handled my belongings with great care and worked efficiently to get everything done on time. What keeps me coming back is their consistency and attention to detail. Moving can be stressful, but they always make it easy and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a reliable and respectful moving company, Superior Moving is the way to go.
