The rating breakdown
5 of the 24 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Cary's Moving & Storage are one or two star.
Worked out from 24 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
Hired them to move my daughters family off the farm back to the city. Their truck broke down so they showed up with a uhaul. Only hired movers because it's harvest time. There was not enough room for everything. They didn't offer to come back or a discount. Still had to move a 23' trailer of stuff on our own. Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend. Oh and they didn't take a bed frame or my grandsons high chair.
We needed someone to help my mom move last minute. They were a bit pricey but we figured for the short notice we'd give them a shot. Unfortunately they were supposed to send four movers and they only sent three. After the move they attempted to over charge for their services including gouge me for the drive time, which is supposed to be only one way. I managed to settle on an appropriate price and sent them on their way.
They charged twice as much as quoted, damaged furniture and walls during move and demanded full payment from elderly lady before leaving so that couldn't be disputed. Subsequent contacts met rude and uncaring management - never resolved.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

these guys are awesome. Professional attitude, clean work and no damage or losses. Have used them many times and they are great. Highly recommend them. On time and courteous service.
Superheroes! Cary’s Moving team worked on our local move in Regina - the company came highly recommended from our realtor and friends. They are hard workers, super efficient and friendly. Pick Cary’s Moving for your move and you will not be disappointed. They made a stressful life event made super easy.
I had phoned last minute to see if I could get some help as I had booked a moving company for this Thursday and unfortunately due to some tenancy issues I was unable to move until Friday. I phoned and spoke with Curtis and he said that he could definitely help, it might be split up but due to it being only two days away that was all that he could do. He could've turned me away and said no but he was more than willing to help and I appreciate that so much.
I had a great experience with Cary's moving - I had only given them a few days notice, they managed to fit me in between jobs - very accommodating. 4 gent's showed up, carts and 2 wheel dolly's in hand, they had my trailer unloaded within an hour. The pricing was competitive when compared to other larger movers in the area. From my experience overall, I'd recommend them!
