In their own words
Everything seemed great until we arrived at our new home. Everyone was kind and during the unloading of my furniture and boxes. My 84 year old mother was very sick .I told rhe movers in advance where furniture went and helped direct other items while taking care of my mom in a beach chair because the furniture was last to .be unloaded. They went to pick up a TV stand a mile down the road from my brother's house. Then they left.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Scheduled a move a week in advance for a friday. They called me the Tuesday before to say that they will not have anyone available except Thursday or Saturday. I went with Saturday. Saturday morning rolls around and they don't show up at 7am like they were supposed to. Called the company at 8, no answer, but I got a text back "Can I call you later?" Did not receive a call back, so a little after 9 I called again. No answer.
Sawing business owner’s reply makes me even more upset. Why you can’t be honest and tell the truth that you mess up the scheduling yourself. You charge customer by hour, there is no need for me to tell you I have less stuff that what I actually have. Your called me saying you don’t have the truck and staff on my scheduled moving date before you came to our home since your sub contractor wanted to cancel the move as well. You did not tell the truth to your sub contractor.
Ms. Wu, I understand miscommunications happen and sometimes businesses and customers get caught off guard. You had requested two movers to move “a few” items, which you had indicated would take a total of 2-3 hours.
Incredibly unprofessional. Cancelled my move less than 12 hours before they were supposed to pick it up because the other person on the truck decided to cancel last minute. They offered no solutions besides charging me another several thousand dollars. Do not do business with this company if you have any type of time constraint as they are flaky and will cancel at any time if it is inconvenient for them.
BEWARE: Don't use these guys for packing and be careful using them at all! Randy is a nice and likeable guy who will come walk your home, sound extremely knowledgeable. and give you an estimate with a high degree of confidence but then they do not in any way shape or form honor that estimate. We did our homework, read the reviews, had Randy come to our home and showed him EXACTLY what we were bringing. He gave me a quote of MAX $2,600 to move and pack.
This is my update, you can read the original below... When our items arrived, they had obviously repacked things in the trailer. They crew that unloaded couldn't even open the trailer door as things were so crammed in. Originally the first crew had items packed in the back of the truck that was pulling the trailer but when they got to our new home it was all crammed into the back of the trailer. Many things were broken, spilled and damaged.
My uncle hired them to move from Santa Ana, CA and they were supposed to leave California on October 18th, today November 5th they have not left and my uncle is now stuck here without furniture and a load of excuses. No refund or discount has been offered. Terrible company, we will not recommend to anyone and will seek further assistance.
We are moving our son out of state and had hired them to do the move. They canceled at the very last minute and offered us no help or suggestions. We had already booked flights and hotel rooms to complete this out-of-state move. Extremely unprofessional. Please beware.

I have, over the years, moved many times including 3 across the country so I know when I’m working with a good moving company. CC relocation was referred to me by a friend and I have used them twice in the last year. They are fantastic! From the beginning Randy was prompt in giving me an estimate and on the day of the move Ricardo, Joaquin, Chuy, Siul, José Luis and Emmanuel showed up before scheduled time! They were friendly, hard working, and made a stressful day move seamlessly.
Used CC a few weeks ago to move from one upstairs condo in Orange to another in Foothill Ranch. Randy was very responsive and timely and answered all my questions. And the guys were great and took care of all my things and were fun to talk to. And their price was very competitive too. Would highly recommend them and will use them again when I move. Thank you CC team!

So professional and very cheerful early on the morning. The crew Eric, Siul and and Hosea all did an incredible job. They were very efficient and packed everything up in a timely manner. I have used them for 2 moves and will gladly use them in future. If you are looking for a reliable movers with good pricing I recommend CC Relocation
I'd give these guys ten stars if that were an option. They are absolutely the best there is in this business. I had an urgent situation develop very rapidly: a storage facility where I'd kept most of my belongings before moving north had told me that they couldn't make the delivery to my new home. So, on the Friday before the Fourth of July weekend, I was scrambling looking for an alternative moving company, and as good luck would have it, Randy at CC Relocation answered the phone.
