The worst place ever, don’t bother to put the lock on the unit! No security whatsoever! Cameras are only for visibility, not for your stuff to be safe. Our belongings got stolen the second we said we are going away for some time. Their Insurance won’t pay you back for anything!!!
Please contact our corporate office, as your insurance should cover for loss. The only time they may not is if they suspect foul play and/or no police report was filed. I am happy to investigate what you are saying here and work with the insurance to help you get results.
Been there 7 months and they are raising the rent $20, since I’ve been there someone broke into my unit and everything. They don’t care about your stuff just the money.

I came in today looking for a new storage unit and Monica was the best to work with. The unit was clean and she help me with all my questions. I would definitely recommend coming here. Updated 8/6/25 After being with one stop the Experience was truly totally terrible. I’ve had a very troubling experience with this storage facility. My mother has repeatedly been harassed by staff while simply trying to review court documents at her own storage unit.

They give you a good price when you join so that in a couple of months they can send you a letter of how they need to raise rent. Because this is something they do constantly they add it to the lease agreement so that you have no say either pay more or get out. At first I didn’t know why other tenets hated this place but now I completely understand will be moving to different storage.
That is unusual, as we don't raise rents in a couple of months after any tenant moves in. I suspect you came in on a special such as 1/2 of 2 months, and in the 3rd month your rent was full rent. No storages offer specials beyond a few months and most don't offer any at all anymore.
Just received a new rate hike notice (again), this time raising the monthly amount around 50%. While this location was a good deal initially, I find that I now have to look around and find better deals to solve my storage needs. Otherwise, a good company,

I was able to reserve a 5x10 for a good price. Insurance as an additional 13 dollars a month. This is on a month to month basis. Monica was great! Called us to check if we still wanted it and see if we wanted to swing by to check it out before signing the paper work with the specifics for locks and insurance. When signing she walked me through everything in detail and taking me about her fun experiences here and what NOT to do. She’s hilarious and professional at the same time!
