Very dissatisfied with this service the guys were nice but way overcharged for the moving compared to the estimate as well as damage done to my furniture and no response when called and trying to resolve issues, which is completely totally unacceptable very unprofessional
THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY AND I HAVE VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. THIS COMPANY HIRES THIEVES WORKERS, WHEN THEY MOVES MY STUFFS THEY STOLE ALL MY EXPENSIVE STUFFS LIKE MY 2 SUN GLASSES CHANELL AND RYBAN AND MY SON PERFUMES AND TOO MANY THINGS ELSE. AND WHEN I TALKED TO THE OWNER HIS NAME DAVID , HE DID NOT CARE . I NEVER RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE BECAUSE THEY ARE THIIEVES AND NOT HONEST AND NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER BELIEVE ME SO TRUE. I FEEL SO SAD FOR MY STUFFS I LOST IT.
Do not use this company. Three hours late and still have our property that they have not returned. Several calls into mgmt and was blown off. They deserve a "0" rating.
Zero idea what this is about. But i will find out Cheryl, Everything we had in storage was delivered. Everything you had at the house was delivered. I vaugley remember a phone call that you were looking for something, but I figured you found it, because your you never called back.
I’m not someone who writes reviews in general, except for when I’ve had a really bad experience or an excellent experience. My experience with Costa Mesa Movers “David” started out to be a good experience. David was a good communicator. I was very clear on what the main heavy pieces were and where they needed to be moved too.
I had been a loyal customer, recommending your company to others and gladly hiring and paying agreed upon costs for several moves over the years. Then. When you charged my card without authorization. When your workers laid down and refused to finish my move. When you increased the agreed upon price while holding my stuff hostage mid-move, while I was alone with your men at a deserted storage facility.
First of all, you gave us a credit card to pay for the move. WITH your knowledge that this would happen, I attempted to put a charge through on your card to make sure your card was good. The charge was declined. I called you to see what we could do to ensure payment.
First, just wanted to say that this company was very efficient when it came down to actually packing the truck, unfortunately the way they were being efficient was throwing our boxes and personal belongings around in their truck, while boxes were clearly marked "Fragile" and "Breakable". We ran into the problem of not having enough room in the truck, and it apparently being "over weight" which is understandable, because a lot of heavy stuff in a tiny 16 foot truck can only go so far.
Hi Rob, can you provide a little bit of clarity for me. The last time we moved somebody with your last name was in January. And they moved 5 miles away in Mission Viejo. Do you have the right company? Because I don’t recognize you as one of my customers. My name is Dave please Call me at my office.
I used this company this past weekend and it was one of the worse experiences that I have had with a moving company including my conversation with the manager Darren today. I left him a message today because the move took almost double the time, they broke a piece of furniture and they took a lunch mid run. In regards to the lunch, I don't want anyone to not eat or drink water, but when you book your appointment, they should tell you that you need to allot time for them to take a break so you can plan accordingly.
Hi Trisha, I'm sorry the move didn't meet your expectations. Three things however; The crew does need to eat. I apologize if this was not explained to you before the move. First time I have ever heard that complaint.
The people who helped me set up my moving date were great. They were honest, transparent, and they even helped me save a couple hundred bucks. The movers, however, were bad. They were really late (despite me living 3-4 minutes away from their warehouse and being their first moving appointment at 0800) and misplaced a bunch of big personal items (keyboard, rolling chair, etc.). The items they misplaced were left outside in a corner of my old house behind a wall.

I had an outstanding experience with Costa Mesa Moving Company from start to finish. The team arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and handled everything with great care. They worked efficiently while making sure all of my furniture and belongings were protected throughout the move. A special thank you to Wilson, and Mario and the rest of the moving team. They were absolutely excellent.
Four years ago I needed to move quickly. I had sold my house and the buyer was antsy for me to leave. The movers I originally hired were basically no shows due to Covid.. A friend recommended Costa Mesa Moving Co. and I'm so glad he did! They were available and came right on time. They were fast and careful. They even beat me to my new home and had started unloading! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable price and an exceptional experience !
Costa Mesa Moving Company is the Very Best in my book! I recently moved from one apartment complex to another in my community. Johan and Sina were an excellent team who handled the move with expert care. They were right on time, friendly, informative, helpful and efficient. They both checked in with me periodically to confirm handling, took the initiative to offer great suggestions, and were efficient with their time management.
I'm late in writing this review, as we moved 3 months ago, but I guess when you go thru a move and the least of your concerns is the moving company, that is a good sign! I felt in very good hands the entire time. Not only were they fast, but they were very knowledgeable about our various antique pieces and how they should be handled. And they were always one step ahead of me. I never had to direct them or anything. They were on time, very communicative, helpful and kind.
