UPDATE It has been over a week since my initial response. I do appreciate the response from the company, however I am still not hearing back or getting a response to my emails.... as the customer service mentioned, claims would get back to me ASAP, but it has been now over 10 days and still nothing or no solution. Avoid if possible! I had a move set up from Vancouver to Calgary. On the moving date, the movers arrived 8 hours late.

I hired Centennial Moving for my move from Surrey, BC to Calgary, AB, and it was a terrible experience. They originally quoted me $1,170 based on about 700 lbs of items, but after pickup they suddenly claimed the weight was 1,600 lbs and raised the cost to nearly $1,700. When I disputed it, they re-weighed it at 1,290 lbs (with no certified proof) and still overcharged me. I had clearly told them I wouldn’t get my Calgary apartment keys until October 15, yet they scheduled delivery for October 13 anyway.

I used Centennial Moving to move from Vancouver to Ottawa in September. It was an overall terrible experience. We were told we'd receive our items in three weeks. It took over 1.5 months to get our things with constant delays and no updates. I realize they are delays given COVID-19 ... however when I asked for an update and expressed concern I was met with rudeness and dismissal by the staff. It was extremely challenging to move to a new city under these circumstances.

I am shocked by how poorly I was served this time. Long waiting times, sketchy last-minute cash flow problems, and all my stuff in terrible shape. I used this company with no problems two years ago which is why I picked them for my move from Calgary to Halifax. I got the same great customer service right up until they had 95% of my worldly possessions on their truck. I had asked when our stuff would arrive and had been told that a truck leaves Toronto headed east each month on the 15th.

Very unreliable service. I would never recommend any modern person to use this moving company. They are very rude and not considerate despite being their regular customer for a while. They changed my moving date after confirming with my land lord that I will moving out the house July 31st and just because I was late with 175 dollars for down payments. Not reliable service in nutshell. The worst part is letting me know that my moving was cancelled 3 days before actual move. Very unprofessional indeed

I had the worst experience with this moving company. They damaged my floors during the move and refused to take responsibility for it. To make matters worse, they arrived without labels for my furniture, which caused confusion and stress. The movers were careless and unprofessional, and my belongings were not handled with care. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend their services to anyone.

From start to finish, the entire two-week transfer was seamless. Your team was reliable and punctual, showing up right on time as scheduled. Every package and piece of furniture was handled with great care, and everything arrived in perfect condition. We really appreciated taking the time to verify and check each package together upon delivery.
Seriously, book with these guys! I paid a grand total of under $1500 for a full service move from Ontario to Nova Scotia for a one bedroom apartment. Everywhere else I looked quoted me at around 3k. I sort of assumed this was a "too good to be true" option, but it wasn't! This included two months of free storage, and the movers took care of all the heavy lifting to and from the truck on pickup and delivery. Which was fantastic because I've never done a move with zero heavy lifting before.

I used Centennial Moving for my long distance move from Winnipeg to Montreal. The arrangements were made through moving waldo. I recommend them for streamlining the whole process. A couple things that made the process a bit inconvenient was I was given quite large pickup and drop off periods of over 10 days and told that the company would confirm only 24 hours before pickup or drop off.
