I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with this company. I strongly advise against booking with them. First of all, the communication was terrible. I was ignored multiple times. I offered to do a video call walk-through, but I received no response. This poor communication should have been a major red flag, but I decided to proceed anyway. I'm based in Fredericton, and I paid a $50 booking fee to secure my spot.

Worse company ever to deal with, not only do they lie constantly but they don't care about damages they cause. Beware of the pricing, they will suddenly come up with additional charges and if you don't pay them the difference you won't get your property back until you do.

I’m really satisfied and impressed with the professional service provided by Paul and his team. We had a 800 lbs hot tub to move from my driveway to the backyard, I called Queens & Kings this morning and I received same-day services. They texted me throughout the day for ETA updates. The hot tub moving went smoothly and also very quickly, even in a narrow space/pathway. You can tell that they are professionals, they work with heart, and they take their good care of the items.
