The men who picked up my stuff were very nice, did a great job, didn't bump anything around the house. The items were transferred to another driver at one point in the transition and I recieve my furniture broken, scratched, and dented as well as my wall being dented. I was given no apology for the condition of my furniture as well as the movers leaving a roll of tape under my tv stand and told me it would be fine and that a roll of tape would support my TV stand and a TV with a sounds system.
They are not honest when they call a minute after you go online looking for a moving company. They gave me a quote, and by the time they dropped off my items, I paid almos double what the quote was for. When they made the sales pitch, I was …

Don’t use this company if you want your stuff to arrive safely. I had hundreds of dollars worth of furniture damaged. When they arrived to unload it all of the items were precariously and poorly positioned and crushed. I could have shipped it myself better and for cheaper but took their word. Also I was told they would set everything up for me, that was a lie, they left it in the driveway for me to haul in. If I could rate 0/10 I would, garbage company.

These gentlemen were fabulous. From great communication, professional service, care of which they took of our 550lb live edge tabletop, when no one else would attempt ( up 3 flights of stairs)!!!
