I had an appointment this past Saturday at 10 AM to pick up moving boxes. When I arrived, the location was closed. I waited 45 minutes, tried calling the numbers posted on the door (no answer), and contacted U-Haul directly, who confirmed the location was supposed to be open. With a newborn at home and my wife recovering from a C-section, this was a major inconvenience. We’re trying to move by the end of the month, and this just added unnecessary stress.

WARNING SCAM DO NOT RENT HERE Rental had an extreme rodent problem, tried to cancel for over a month and finally got to talk to someone on the phone who confirmed my account was canceled. Jump to a month later and i’m getting messages that i owe late fees and next months rent. Just straight up lied to me to get more $$.

I spoke to rudest person this morning I called regarding a storage space but I couldn't hear him properly i told him that I straight up hangup on me i called 3 times he didn't pick up the phone after that please do better

This place has recently developed a bad garbage and rodent problem. Inside is dirty with garbage piles; same outside. And mouse droppings all over the place inside. Nasty!

Gotta say moving can be stressful and a pain in the neck but the lady at this location will go above and beyond to make sure you get the best service and a great experience ever plus the place is super clean and secure if i could give it a 10 ⭐️ would be more thm happy to
