Everything was going well with the shipments until they didn't deliver a box on time. They stopped responding to WhatsApp messages, and a month later they called from Santo Domingo saying they were going to make the delivery. EVERYTHING …
They gave me four different delivery dates for a box. They're incredibly irresponsible, ridiculously expensive, and rude. If you want to waste your time, money, and peace of mind, ship with them.
They don't take responsibility for things; if what they send gets broken... they don't take responsibility for anything.
I sent three boxes to DR. They wanted an extra $25 to bring the boxes up the hill in San Jose de Ocoa. I paid for it. The driver in RD also wanted money to bring the boxes up the hill in which I had already paid for. This company are thieves they charge me extra and charge extra over there in DR as well. I’m not using them anymore. Thieves.
The worst. Don't send anything with them. I sent a tank and a box, and they took all the clothes and left only the food. These people are the worst. I sent a tank and a box, and they opened it, took all the clothes inside, and left the food.
Worst delivery company, never pick up the phone, treat customers badly and talk to us like we are not paying our money. Their employees suck and think that they are better than anybody else. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
I don't recommend it. I bought a small box and, due to lack of knowledge, they charged me $175. It was the first time I had ever sent a box, so I switched to another service.
Sent 6 bicycles over two month ago they changed me$480 and never delivered went back to ask and they were still there out in the yard and not one will said anything
