Overall not the greatest experience. Arrived over 1 hour late, and called me 15 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to notify me. Knowing they charge by the hour, I helped with moving everything to speed it up and we finished in less than 2.5 hours. When it came time to pay, they told me 3 hours is their minimum. This was never explained to me beforehand. Had I known, I would’ve had them help with more unloading/ unpacking, but instead they drove off once they got their money.

I found R&I Moving and Home care via Thumbtack when I needed to find a local mover to help move a kitchen dining set I purchased from Facebook Marketplace. The sellers needed it out of the house by the weekend because they were in the process of moving out of state. R&I Moving was very responsive and had the best price compared to other quotes I got for the same task. They were able to accommodate the quick turnaround, and were on time.
These guys are amazing. They work super fast and efficient. All my items were packed and wrapped with in 40 minutes mind you it was 12 huge items that they had to disassemble and wrap individually. When we got to the drop off location they went ahead and reassembled everything within an hour. Very professional,carful and cautious. These guys are a must hire for any moving needs. We took moving services for 2 bedroom house. R&I moving we’re on time. Very professional and even helped install furnitures. Good value for money. Comparing to other movers, R&I were definitely much affordable than others.
